Soldiers Search U.N Building In Maiduguri

Troops Ambush, Arrest Boko Haram Logistics Team


Nigerian Army Soldiers are said to have invaded a building housing United Nations (U.N) workers in Maiduguri, the Borno State Capital.
According to Reuters, the invasion of the building, previously owned by a former Governor of Borno State is said to have taken place in the early hours of Friday.
Borno State and other parts of the north east have recently witnessed attacks and suicide bombings by the terrorist group, Boko Haram.
The most prominent is the attack on a geological survey group in the Chad Basin which claimed the lives of several soldiers and oil workers, while some lecturers of the University of Maiduguri were abducted.
