Role Summary
Accounts officer- Import
Pre-costing & raising of ORP as directed by the Business Managers
Follow-up and ensure that PFI is received on time
Receive & Processing of PFI for Marine Insurance, necessary follow-up with the HO. Processing of Agent's bills
Updating the ORP Register on a daily basis
Maintaining a GRN Register where all the GRNs received from the W/H are recorded
Costing of Goods once GRN is received.
Accounts officer- Production
Transfer of production raw material requested by MRS to production floor.
Posting of Production finished goods or discounted materials to warehouse location (GRN).
Batching of fuel consumption from Cormart technical store (CES).
Batching of consumables item requested from technical store (CES).
Petty cash handling.
Inventory Count
Stock Reconciliation of Physical to GL
Bin Card Checking
Accounts clerk- payables
Batching of Advance
Cash and settlement voucher Posting into Navision
Advance reconciliation
Ledger Reconciliation
Creation of Staff Loan & Advances
Touring Advance Settlement
Reconciliation of staff Loan
Customer Relations Management
Customer Registration
Collection of Orders from Salesmen
Confirm Payments or Settlement of Outstanding
Check for Inventory availability
Prepare Production Journal of Elastospray & Other Products
Prepare Sales Reports and Other Adhoc Reports as may be required.
Basic Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of experience
Education
HND/BSc/MSc degree in Finance/ Accounting
Professional certifications are an added advantage

Job Responsibilities
Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them
Processing of purchase requisitions by quotation comparisons and issuing of local purchase orders.
Negotiating with suppliers to obtain the best price.
Following up with vendors to ensure prompt delivery.
Maintaining relationship with existing suppliers and sourcing for potential suppliers.
Prepare/Maintain purchasing records and reports.
Making presentations about market analysis and possible growth trends.
Develop the company's procurement/ buying strategy.
Education
Bachelor of Sciences in Finance/Accounting.
Prior experience in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management preferred.
Professional certifications are an added advantage.

Role Summary
The Warehouse Officer would be In charge of inventory and supplies and would also be responsible for receiving, storing and delivering items.
Job Responsibilities
Overall in charge of finished goods and raw materials in the warehouse.
To ensure all Good Received Notes (G.R.N) of raw materials - packing materials and finished goods are raised promptly.
To ensure that container number, product batch number and production expiry date are captured on GRN.
Reception of client inspection team, government agencies, multinational customer officials, SON, NAFDAC and customs.
To ensure each dispatch is entered on bin card with respective invoice number on it.
Keep track of expiry dates of products.
To control stock, leakages, damages in warehouse and report same to auditor and management with snapshots.
To ensure that quality test reports are properly maintained for all raw and packaging materials and sent with GRN.
Preparation of monthly stock statement with explanations.
Responsible for all the stocks and stock counts.
To ensure smooth functioning of Warehouse at all times.
Education
A good first degree in any relevant discipline required.
Prior experience in Warehousing/Supply Chain Management preferred
