The Scheme
• The scheme is aimed at developing a reservoir of young talent who would take up higher responsibilities in the future.
• Integrate conceptual understanding gained through academic curriculum into practical application.
o it will scheme will offer successful trainees a unique platform to build a foundation for leadership opportunities within the world of luxury..
o Selected candidates will undergo a 6 months training program during which they will be exposed to; Classroom trainings, On-the-Job training, luxury Business stint, Shadow Assignments, “Telescopic sales” etc..
o They will also undergo periodic reviews where each individual’s performance and attitude will be carefully monitored.
o At the end of the 6 months training, a final review of key learning’s and overall training experience will be carried out by the management team and successful trainees will have their appointments confirmed
o Every trainee shall be assigned a coach and a supervisor for the entire training period.

Person Specification
o First degree in any social Sciences from a reputable institution
o Minimum of second class upper grade.
o Young and energetic
o Strong team spirit
o Strong analytical and numeric skills.
o Fluency in English language
o Poise and good deportment
Female will be given preference
Gradate of Pan African/Covenant/Babcock/and other reputable private universities will have an edge
